Booking Terms

Booking & Payment

In order to confirm your trip, there needs to be a deposit of 400 USD per person along with sending us the filled in booking form. After receiving your deposit and information, we will send you the details for paying the balance. Until the deposit has been made, we will not confirm your booking and a contract will not come into existence.
The balance of the trip must be paid in full at least one week prior to the start of the trip. If the balance is not paid within the specified period, the booking will be considered cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged as detailed below. Payment can be made by bank transfer, international money transfer services, or VISA and Master cards.

The price of the trip should be agreed upon by both parties at the time of planning the trip. We can organize private or group tours.

The price of the trip includes the price of a hotel room for two people. If you wish, you can get your own room for an additional fee. You must pay on your own for any other fees and additional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.

A service fee of 100 USD per person will be charged for cancellations made at least sixty days prior to the start of the trip and the balance will be refunded. Alternatively, both parties may agree that the deposit for the trip may be considered as a deposit for another trip within one to two years. If you cancel your booking after full payment, you will be charged the following fees:

  • 43-59 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the trip cost
  • 29-42 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the trip cost
  • 15-28 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the trip cost
  • 14 days before the start of the trip (or if you refuse to go on the trip): 50% of the trip cost

Although we rarely had trip cancellations in the past, anyone has the right to cancel for any reason. If we cancel the trip, we will give you a full refund.

Visa & Insurance

Visas can be obtained from the Embassy and Consulate of Mongolia in your country. If there is no Mongolian Embassy or Consulate in your country, you can get a one-month visa on the spot at the Ulaanbaatar airport or railway station. Due to the declaration of 2023-2025 as the “Years to visit Mongolia” by the Government of Mongolia, citizens of some countries have been given the opportunity to visit Mongolia for 30-90 days without a visa.
